Comments: Had recent repair done on heat pump and the technician informed me that - contrary to my understanding - there were now programmable thermostats available for use with heat pumps. He said I'd save a good bit of money/energy if I installed one. Look & feel was good. Was a little intimidated by instructions (looked a lot more complicated to install than I had anticipated), but once I got into the installation, the process was relatively straight-forward. Looking forward to the money/energy savings.

Comments: We've wanted to replace our old thermostat for quite a while, so we went to Home Depot and purchased one that said it was compatible with heat pumps (which is what we have). We didn't realize that we had a two-stage heat pump, and the only ones you can find in stores is a single stage. We searched the internet for more information, and your site was the most informative with the best price. It was easy to program (much easier than the first one we bought). Installation, however, wasn't quite as simple as the first one, but it wasn't impossible. It seems to keep the heat at exactly the correct temperature. We're thrilled! Thanks!
