It is ODS compliant and has an oxygen depletion sensor. It is also CSA approved.

The Fire Sense 60270 has a heat output that can be adjusted to 10,000 BTUs. It raises the outdoor temperature ten to twenty five degrees. This old world bronzed finished heater has stainless steel burners and heating grid. It also has an easy one step Piezo igniter. A standard one pound propane cylinder is used with this heater but not included.

The consumption rate of the Fire Sense 60270 is about three hours per disposable LPG cylinder. An automatic shut off tilt valve and safety grill guard are included. For your convenience, the heater is lightweight and portable.
