Description

Stairs are difficult terrain to traverse when it is snowing, especially when you don't have the Heat Trak HRT11-31 Heated Rubber Stair Tread. The stair tread lies on top of existing surfaces and is portable so it does not require expensive installation. Just place it on top of stairs and a safe passageway for foot traffic is automatically created.

The Heat Trak HRT11-31 measures 11 inches by 31 inches and runs on 120 volts. The heated tread is constantly melting the snow and ice that accumulated so that you continuously have clear and safe surfaces. There is even a chevron pattern on top of the tread that provides extra traction.

You may be thinking that you can just use calcium chloride but the Heat Trak HRT11-31 is a much better solution. No messy floors are caused like the ones that result from tracking calcium chloride inside. Also, your sidewalks are preserved instead of being eaten away at over time like they are when calcium chloride is used. Leave the tread on for the entire winter season, that's what it's designed for!
