Comments: This wall heater has modern styling, easy to wire and install. I am using it in a small powder room which is very cold in the winter. It is a little over size for the area, but works very well. The only feature I don't like is the fact the wiring coming through the wall is visible where it enters the back of the unit.

Review Title: Great Replacement Heater
Comments: What a surprise to find an electronic appliance made in Germany instead of China. It is well made, quiet and efficient. I used it to replace a 65 year old electric bathroom heater that still worked but was a bit rusty and still had the risky orange glowing coils that were common in the 1940s. After much searching at an appliance wholesaler and on the internet, I failed to find a modern replacement that would fit the "can" (metal box in the wall) size of the old unit. The Stiebel Eltron was able to cover the entire box opening on the tile wall. It heats up the bathroom even faster than the old radiant heat coils. Even though there was no ground wire for the old unit, we were able to ground the new unit into the old can, which was grounded.
