Review Title: Heater not as effective as expected
Comments: Heater does work but it is not as effective as I anticipated given the advertised 18,000 BTU rating. It heats only marginally better than 4,000 BTU 120 volt Elec heater but not as well as a 6,000 BTU propane heater.

Comments: I have had this heater approximately 2 weeks and it performs as advertised I only wanted it to keep items in my garage from freezing I keep temp about 50 degrees, and it will heat my 2 car garage so that I may work in there comfortably. Thanks.
