Review Title: Not enough heat
Comments: My first rating was a little better as I had just received my product and wanted to give it a chance. I still like the look of a real fireplace and the ease of the remote, plus the fact that it is safe to the touch for kids and animals. The down side is that it does not generate enough heat to warm my basement while it is so bitter cold outside. Maybe the room is too big for it to give substantial heat.
