Review Title: Good product, just didn't get the one I ordered.
Comments: I ordered the Optimus H4200S, received the H4200 instead. A remote control was promised when I ordered. The entire reason bought this product online was because I couldn't find a radiant heater locally that included a REMOTE CONTROL. We needed the remote because my husband is laid-up and will be through the winter. After a two week delay (product out of stock) we received a disappointing substitute, missing the REMOTE. Not worth the wait...I should have kept the one I bought at Costco. I didn't return it because they didn't have the model they advertised. The product itself is good (would be "h-e-double-l yeah awesome if we had the REMOTE). Plus side: VERY Quiet, not bright, not blowing on you, even heat. Just don't expect this company to send you what they promised.
