Review Title: Non-Functional Thermostat
Comments: This heater completely failed to meet the need for which I purchased it for. I was looking for something that would maintain a specified temperature in a small room off my kitchen. Since this heater has a thermostat which allows you to enter a temperature to maintain, it seemed ideal. The problem is that the thermostat does not work at all. Once the unit is on it continues to put out heat and never stops until you switch it off, paying no attention to what the thermostat setting is. I set the thermostat to 50 degrees and the room eventually got to 80 and it was still pumping out the heat. I later found other reviews saying the same thing about this unit so I suspect this is a common problem. Do not buy this if you want a heater to maintain a specified temperature. However if you just want heat and want it on all the time it will probably do pretty well for you, it does put out a lot of heat.
