Automatically create a safe passageway for foot traffic by placing it on top of stairs in the direct path of snow.

The Heat Trak HRT11-48 runs on 120 volts and measures 11 inches by 48 inches in size. Snow and ice are constantly being melted by the stair tread so that clear and safe surfaces remain continuously. The chevron pattern on top of the tread gives an extra amount of traction for even more safety.

A lot of people just use calcium chloride to fight snow and ice but the Heat Trak HRT11-48 is a much better solution. When calcium chloride is tracked inside it causes a mess. Calcium chloride also eats away at sidewalks while stair treads preserve them. Go ahead and leave the tread on your stairs for the whole winter, it's what it was designed for!
