The HRT11-72 stair tread is portable so there will be no worrying about expensive installations. It lies on top of existing surfaces and constantly melts snow and ice. This means the surfaces are continuously safe. If you are wondering about water accumulation, don't', because the continuous chevron pattern provides extra traction.

Calcium chloride is commonly used when snow starts falling but can be tracked inside by foot traffic. It also eats away at the sidewalks over time.
