No messy floors are caused by tracking calcium chloride inside. Also, tractions mats help preserve sidewalks whereas calcium chloride eats away at it over time.

The Heat Trak HTM24-10B is durable enough to endure harsh wear comparable to that of automobile tires. Two protective surfaces of reinforced UV stabilized, natural rubber sandwich the electrically operated heating element. The mats have their own equipment leakage circuit interrupters and can be plugged directly into a standard 240 volt outlet.

The Heat Trak HTM24-5B measures 24 inches by 10 feet and runs on 240 volts. It is a portable traction mat so no installation is needed. It lies on top of surfaces like entryways and handicap ramps to provide safe and easy passage to foot and wheelchair traffic. These mats are continuously melting snow and ice so that entryways are always clear and safe!
