Description

Two protective surfaces of non-slip rubber sandwiching an electrically operated heating element compose the Heat Trak HTM24-15 Heated Traction Mat. The heated mat can withstand harsh conditions and is as durable as car tires.

The HTM24-15 traction mat is so durable because it needs to be able to properly melt accumulating ice and snow on sidewalks, entryways and walkways. Feel free to leave these mats out for the entire winter so that safe passage is constantly provided for foot and wheelchair traffic.

Measuring 24 inches x 15 feet, the Heat Trak HTM24-15 runs on 120 volts. It can be plugged directly into a standard 120 volt outlet because it uses it own equipment leakage circuit interrupter. Using calcium chloride will eat away at sidewalks over time, but these heated mats help preserve sidewalks.
