Comments: The heater works well but the controls need some work. The 4 position heat setting is not quite flexible enough. One setting is too hot and the next one down is too cold. The on off button is black and very hard for my elderly mom to find.

Comments: I have encountered no deficiencies. The unit is now located under my desk (work station) in my office-in-the-home. I use it (as planned) to maintain an acceptable level of warmth; the unit works very well. Now that the temperatures have turned colder outside and I am located on an uninsulated outside wall, I look forward to remaining warm during the upcoming tax-preparation season. Great product.

Comments: Use to heat 9'X11' room. Very effective. Silent. Maintains heat well once target heat is achieved and doesn't overheat. Checked heat of room with separate thermometer which confirmed heat reached. Love automatic shut off feature.
