L. Mohabir 12/20/2009 Waterbury, CT 5 I chose this product because it was highly recommended from a friend. I use one if the automotive garage to keep me warm and one in my basement for my bedroom. This product is performing GREAT! It warms my hands in the shop and even my co-workers are using it. I found it small and thought it was not going to produce that much heat but little did i know. The product warmed my room within minutes of use. Awesome product. I love it. My co-workers are using it more than me!!! If they break it, they will be buying me a new one.
W. Vallentine 12/23/2008 Crestwood, KY 5 I chose this product because I needed two small heaters to use in my boat on which I spend a lot of weekends. I needed smaller heaters that could heat the separate state rooms. I had this model already and was pleased to see that your company had these in stock. The heaters are performing well. I just set the thermostat to the desired temperature setting and each works automatically to keep the areas at the desired comfort level.
D. Steffen 01/15/2009 Cameron, SC 5 Consumer Reports states that convection heaters are better than all the rest. My son needed something that would heat really good as it was going to be 9 degrees that weekend. My son says they work great. He actually had to get up during the night and turn one of them off. Upon receipt, I was shocked and a bit worried. They were so small. I was at work when I received them so I plugged one up and turned it on. It seemed to work great.
Siegel144 02/23/2010 Cheyenne, Wy 4 Smaller than I thought it would be, however the little guys really heats up a room. I have a 3 car garage, but the third part of it is converted into a workshop. I let this heater run for a few hours and my garage is at about 68 degrees (room is insulated), this is also when the temp outside is near zero degrees. For the price it is worth it!
rocksmix 03/02/2010 Artesia, CA 5 I bought this heater to help keep the chill of December off an enclosed patio area, approx 12x15.
It worked great. Turned it on a while before guests arrived, and never heard a complaint.
Website was easy to use, and the item was delivered as described.
4 I thought this heater was going to be a little bigger and a little more powerful, I live in a garage, and it works great when it's directly on you just about. Powerful for it's size though.
Connie771 03/13/2010 Binghamton, NY 3 Good for a small area, very small. We have several needs & decided to keep this heater only because it will be useful in a small areas. I bought the heater for a small size room, but it would take hours for it to heat the room. The price is substantial and I consider it overpriced.
ScoutMom2001 11/28/2010 Westerville, OH 4 This heater meets the need for an electric space heater which will plug into a regular electric outlet. For smaller spaces, it should be well. Although there isn't a large amount of air movement, it does heat up the area. For larger areas (like a two car garage with cement floors), it takes about 1 hour to adequately heat the area. Perhaps in that environment, a different type of heater may work better, but this was about the only option we could find. Not a bad buy.
norakinney 12/13/2011 Aurora, IL 5 This is a Christmas gift for my husband. He likes working in his car. This heater will allow him to work in it, even in winter!
