The deadlines listed below do not apply if your item is a special order product, ships freight, ships from the manufacturer directly, is on backorder, has any availability message other other than those stated above or if you're shipping to an address outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states. By shipping most of our orders FedEx, you are assured faster delivery times and more professional service. Shipping is a priority and we know that speed of delivery is of major importance to every customer. When you place your order, please be sure to include the correct billing address and if you are shipping to a different address, please have this address added to you credit card.
- All orders placed before 1:00 PM EST time will be shipped the same day! Moreover, many orders placed later in the day will also ship the same day. A tracking number will be sent to the e-mail address supplied during the order.
- Privacy and security are guaranteed.
- If you need a product by a specific date, please order an expedited air shipping method since FedEx ground shipping times are not guaranteed.
- Our online shipping quotes are for deliveries within the contiguous U.S. only. For deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, other US territories, and some APO addresses, shipping charges will be recalculated and adjusted. In these cases, you will receive a call or e-mail from one of our representatives with an update prior to order fulfillment.
